Garg Consulting Services, Inc. in Rocky Hill, CT seeks an experienced Bridge Inspection Team Leader / Structural Engineer to lead NBIS-compliant inspections for state DOT projects on-site. You will manage field teams and deliver high-quality outcomes under FHWA/NHI guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
EIT required; CT PE strongly preferred.
5+ years NBIS bridge inspection experience.
NBIS-qualified Team Leader.
FHWA/NHI training (NHI 130055, 130078).

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise bridge inspection teams on State DOT projects.
Perform NBIS-compliant bridge inspections.
Prepare and review inspection reports.
Coordinate with DOT agencies and internal teams.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
