Job summary

Garg Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Bridge Inspection Assistant Team Leader to perform NBIS-compliant inspections across CT, RI, and NY. You will assist inspection teams and prepare reports to ensure FHWA-standard compliance. This is an in-person, full-time role in the Northeast.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering degree with E.I.T. credentials and at least two years of bridge inspection experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills to guide project teams.

• E.I.T. certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of bridge inspection experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Bridge Inspection Assistant Team Leader is responsible for performing NBIS-compliant bridge inspections across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York. This role includes assisting inspection teams and preparing inspection reports to ensure compliance with FHWA standards.
