Job summary

You will mentor junior staff, develop inspection reports, and coordinate multi‑discipline teams to deliver high‑quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degrees preferred (Master/PhD) with related credentials.
• Professional licensure or PE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field inspections for bridges and NH/ME/VT projects.
• Develop inspection reports detailing findings and conditions.
• Perform structural analyses, load ratings, and designs as needed.
• Prepare cost estimates and repair plans for projects.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate multi‑discipline teams.
• Ensure quality control and on‑time project delivery.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
