Qualifications

• NBIS/bridge inspection experience required or equivalent.
• Ability to lead inspection teams and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of NBIS, AASHTO manuals, and bridge standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge inspection teams and prepare NBIS compliant reports.
• Develop and manage project scope, hours, and budgets.
• Provide design oversight for assignment tasks within discipline.
• Mentor staff and coordinate sub-consultants to meet schedules.
• Interact with clients, attend meetings, and provide updates.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedules.
