Job summary

Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company, is seeking a motivated Bridge Inspection Team Leader to join our bridge safety inspection practice. Lead NBIS inspections, supervise inspectors, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with NBIS standards while coordinating with design teams to meet schedule and budget.

The role offers opportunities to grow from EIT with inspection experience to licensed PE, with travel up to 50%, and a hybrid work schedule. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inspection experience for EIT option OR 5+ years for non-degree candidates OR 6 months to 10+ years for PE

Responsibilities

• Lead NBIS bridge safety inspections.
• Prepare accurate, complete bridge safety inspection reports.
• Coordinate with design teams to meet project goals.
• Mentor junior staff and lead training sessions.
• Manage client relationships and project scopes.
