Qualifications

ABET-accredited degree in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis).
EIT with inspection experience or PE preferred; significant bridge inspection background acceptable.
Active licensure/eligibility in civil engineering or NBIS-related credentials is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage bridge inspection teams and NBIS-compliant reporting.
Coordinate with project engineers and sub-consultants to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
Develop hours estimates, scope, and project plans for discipline tasks.
Provide client communications, timely updates, and technical guidance to staff.
