Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT with inspection experience or PE preferred; 2+ years inspection for EIT, 5+ years for non-degree.
• Experience with NBIS and bridge inspections; licensed PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge inspection teams and perform NBIS-compliant assessments.
• Prepare inspection reports and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Coach and mentor junior design staff; manage sub-consultants as needed.
• Support client meetings and provide timely updates and solutions.
