Job summary

Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company, seeks a Bridge Inspection Team Leader to conduct NBIS inspections on bridges, culverts, and wall structures. You will plan, schedule, perform inspections, and prepare detailed reports under PM supervision.

Role includes engineering design tasks, applying general engineering principles with limited supervision. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of in-service bridge safety inspections and related design experience.
• Qualify as a Bridge Safety Inspection Team Leader per NBIS (23 CFR 650, Subpart C).
• FHWA approved comprehensive bridge inspection safety course required.

Responsibilities

• Lead NBIS inspections for bridges, culverts and retaining walls.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate inspection activities and reports.
• Coordinate with design teams and prepare contract plans, specs and estimates.
