Job summary

Clark Nexsen seeks a Bridge Inspection Team Leader to perform NBIS inspections on bridges, culverts, and related structures. You will plan inspections, lead field teams, and prepare technical reports while coordinating with design staff.

The role combines field observations (50%) with office work (50%), requiring strong MS Office and design software skills. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $140,000 and visa support is limited to TN qualifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in in-service bridge inspections and related design work.
• Bridge Safety Inspection Team Leader qualification per NBIS standards (23 CFR 650).
• Experience with design computations and plan preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead NBIS bridge inspections and coordinate team activities.
• Plan, schedule and conduct inspections; prepare reports.
• Coordinate with disciplines and supervise design tasks under project guidance.
• Provide technical oversight and mentoring to design engineers.
