Felton Institute invites applications for an Administrative Manager at the Bridge Housing Site in Santa Rosa. This role oversees site operations for a 71-bed transitional housing facility serving individuals with behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities include contract oversight, compliance, reporting, staff supervision, and coordination of training. On-site leadership and emergency responsiveness are required to ensure safe, quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an assistant/supportive role or equivalent
• Experience supervising staff preferred
• Strong data management and documentation skills
• Proficient with MS Office and standard office software

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager with contract monitoring and compliance binders
• Obtain Specialty Mental Health Medi-Cal site certification
• Maintain contracts, consents, staff charts and confidential records
• Coordinate staff trainings and meetings; prepare monthly/quarterly reports
• Act as on-site lead when manager is unavailable and handle daily operations
