Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent for a design-build highway and bridge project north of Tampa Bay.

The candidate will lead field operations, manage foremen and subcontractors, and drive safety, production, schedule, and budget in the FDOT environment. Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years of bridge experience, prior superintendent roles on bridge or interchange projects, and FDOT contract familiarity.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 7+ years of bridge experience on heavy highway and bridge construction.
• Time as a superintendent running a bridge or interchange job.
• Working knowledge of FDOT contracts, specs and reporting.
• OSHA competent person certification or equivalent.
• Clean driving record required.
• Design-build experience is a plus.
• Based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida, or willing to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Run daily field operations on bridge and highway work.
• Schedule foremen, crews and subcontractors.
• Set production goals and maintain safety.
• Plan the work with the project manager and engineers.
• Own jobsite safety and act as OSHA competent person.
• Coordinate with FDOT inspectors and owner's team.
• Track quantities, production and field cost against budget.
• Maintain daily reports and field documentation.
• Coordinate material, equipment and deliveries.
