Job summary

The Vets Hired is seeking a Labor Foreman to lead construction crews on heavy civil, highway, and bridge projects. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate labor activities, and ensure work is completed safely and in line with project specifications.

Responsibilities include supervising earthwork, drainage, and concrete construction, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining a productive work environment while communicating with project managers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience leading construction crews on highway and bridge projects.
• Experience with earthwork, drainage, and concrete work.
• Strong leadership and crew management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• OSHA certification and strong knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Ability to enforce job-site safety standards and procedures.
