Job summary

Simon is seeking a construction supervisor to direct work crews on bridge projects across multiple locations. The role requires coordinating daily activities, reading plans, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. Strong safety adherence and experience with tooling and equipment are essential.

The position involves overseeing crews, coordinating materials, and maintaining safety standards on site, with potential travel to various job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on bridge construction and/or related projects.
• Previous supervisory capacity preferred.
• Computer and/or mobile device experience, including use of MS Office, Android and iOS applications required.

• Direct equipment operators to align and move materials.
• Coordinate material supply and delivery to site.
