Responsibilities

• Lead bridge construction crews in meeting project goals, production targets, schedules, and deadlines.
• Assign daily work, explain job responsibilities, and provide clear direction to crew members.
• Monitor bridge construction activities for compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Evaluate crew performance and recommend changes to work methods, staffing, or equipment to improve productivity.
• Enforce company policies, work procedures, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and field activities with project managers, construction leadership, site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Track construction progress and communicate field updates to construction leadership and clients.
• Maintain accurate crew attendance, workforce, and project documentation.
• Support contract documentation, including additions and deletions to contract terms, as required.
