You will mentor junior staff, coordinate across disciplines, and apply advanced analysis tools (CSiBridge, MIDAS, BrR) and AASHTO LRFD guidelines to deliver high-quality results for clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6+ years of experience, or Master’s with 5+ years, or PhD with 4+ years.
• Experience in bridge evaluation, rehabilitation, and load rating.
• Familiarity with AASHTO LRFD specifications and FHWA guidelines.
• PE certification preferred or eligible in NY.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage scope/budget.
