Positions Available:

• Entry Level (0-4 years experience)
• Mid-Level Engineer (4+ years experience)
• Senior Project Manager / Roadway Engineer (10+ years experience)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
• MS preferred for mid-level roles
• PE license or eligibility to sit within 6 months for senior roles

Ideal Candidates:

• Minimum BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college
• Entry Level: FE exam passed and EIT certification
• Mid-Level: within 6 months of obtaining PE license
• Senior: Valid PE license

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify structural calculations
• Perform analysis and design of bridge components using software like RISA-3D, LEAP Bridge, AutoCAD
• Develop preliminary details and collaborate with CAD technicians
• Prepare design reports and project documentation
• Conduct field inspections and construction support
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and oral
• Check drawings and perform quantity take-offs
• Apply relevant design standards such as AASHTO, AREMA, AISC, ACI
• Senior Engineers ONLY: Lead projects, mentor team members, serve as technical leads on complex projects
