Qualifications
- PE license in Connecticut required.
- 5+ years of bridge engineering or transportation structures experience.
- Strong background in bridge design and rehabilitation.
- Experience with STAAD, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master's preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and delivery of bridge projects from concept to final design.
- Design new bridges and rehabilitation solutions for transportation structures.
- Perform structural analysis and prepare construction documents.
- Complete bridge load rating analysis using appropriate software.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Build relationships with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
