Qualifications

• Perform structural engineering analysis and calculations for bridge load ratings and overload permit assessment.
• Conduct bridge safety inspections including routine, NSTM, low water, and in-depth inspections.
• Assist with design and preparation of bridge construction plans, specifications, estimates, and reports.
