Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with structures focus and 4 years of bridges/transport structures experience.
• PE license (Professional Engineer).
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and must pass AECOM’s motor vehicle records review.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual, preliminary and detailed final design of new bridges and other transportation structures.
• Analysis and rehabilitation design of existing bridges.
• Use of CAD/FEA software for bridge analysis and design.
• Prepare and review technical reports, design calculations and structural plans.
• Prepare and review technical specs and construction cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and specialists to develop design documents.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with project task management.
