Neel-Schaffer, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bridge Engineer in Little Rock, AR, to join our transportation structures team. The role requires extensive experience in bridge design, structural analysis, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver significant transportation infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive bridge/structural design experience.
• Strong proficiency in bridge analysis, design, and load rating software.
• Experience delivering bridge projects for ARDOT and/or state DOT clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and design development for bridge projects.
• Produce bridge plans and conduct quality control.
• Coordinate with project teams and clients.
