Job summary
Jobot is seeking a Bridge Engineer in Indianapolis, IN for a permanent, on-site role. Lead the design and delivery of complex bridge projects and coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings 16+ years of bridge/transportation experience, a PE license, and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while navigating regulatory requirements and project budgets.
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 16+ years of bridge/transportation engineering experience.
- Active PE license with ability to obtain additional registrations as needed.
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of complex bridge/transportation projects from concept to completion.
- Develop design options considering technical requirements, constructability, permitting and community needs.
- Prepare and review calculations, plans, specs, reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
