Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from ABET accredited engineering program.
• 0-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, performs and checks structural analysis, design plans, specifications, and estimates for bridge projects while collaborating with multi-discipline teams.
• Perform design computations.
• Assist in designing projects per client specs using design software and drawing tools.
• Assist with developing project quantities for construction cost estimates.
• Assist in the preparation of engineering documents for advertisement and construction.
• Assist with structural inspections/field investigations and develop related reports.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure project completion by deadlines and quality standards.
