Qualifications

• Familiarity with listed bridge software and general engineering tools.
• Experience in bridge/structural design and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Apply structural engineering and detailing techniques in bridge designs.
• Develop designs for steel plate girder, prestress concrete, segmental and cable bridges.
• Perform structural load calculations and assist with geometry layout and quantity development.
• Select standard bridge engineering procedures and develop structural details using specialized software.
• Participate in bridge inspection and related calculations.
• Develop structural details using basic design software.
• Perform other duties as needed.
