Lithko Contracting is seeking a Field Lead (Foreman) to join our team, primarily based anywhere in the U.S. with a preference for Kansas City. The role involves responsibility for planning and executing project phases while collaborating closely with the Project Lead.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and organizational skills, along with over 5 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, specifically in concrete. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually plus travel compensation, vehicle allowance, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project execution for large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Experience managing projects over $1 million.
