The role emphasizes pile driving with cranes, vibratory methods, and EFCO formwork for bridge projects. The ideal candidate has union credentials, 5+ years in construction, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be Union member in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years in construction with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of pile driving and bridge formwork.
• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings.
• Welding certification is a plus.
• Physical ability for outdoor site work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review project plans for compliance.
• Schedule work with Superintendent to optimize productivity.
• Monitor progress and report to Superintendents.
• Enforce safety regulations.
• Conduct safety meetings with union craft employees.
• Act as OSHA competent person on site.
• Inspect subcontractor work for conformance.
• Provide guidance on techniques and safety.
• Maintain records of work, materials, hours.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects.
• Resolve conflicts on the job site.
