Job summary

Scott Bridge Company seeks a Foreman to lead a crew of 4-8 craftspeople across bridge and related infrastructure projects. You will mentor junior workers, optimize schedules, and drive safety and quality on site.

You’ll work on elevated platforms, concrete forms, and marine structures, coordinating pile driving, crane ops, welding, and carpentry while ensuring regulations and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams as a Foreman on construction projects.
• Knowledge of bridge construction, piling, and forms.
• Ability to optimize schedules and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 4-8 craftspeople on bridge and related structures.
• Mentor and train workers; ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate pile driving, crane operations, welding, and concrete work.
• Track progress to meet milestones; resolve on-site challenges.
