Job summary

Scott Bridge Company seeks a skilled Foreman to lead a crew of 4-8 craftspeople on highway and railroad bridge projects in the Southeast. You will supervise pile driving, crane operations, welding, carpentry, concrete work, and related activities to deliver safe, high-quality structures.

You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced Superintendents, mentoring newer workers, and ensuring schedules meet deadlines while maintaining a strong safety culture and environmental compliance on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience with bridge construction projects.
• Experience leading teams as a Foreman.
• Desire to improve safety and productivity while delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities
