Job summary

Journey Group, through its SFC Civil Constructors division in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a Bridge Construction Foreman to lead our civil crew. You will coordinate production to drive safety, reliability, quality and cost control while fostering continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring five years of heavy highway or civil carpentry experience, read blueprints, hold OSHA 10 (preferred), and can travel anywhere in South Dakota.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of heavy highway or civil carpentry construction experience.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read or learn to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and interpret plans.
• Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to travel in and around South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil crew to coordinate production, safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to blueprints and project specifications.
• Foster a safe work environment and team performance.
