Journey Group's SFC Civil Constructors in Sioux Falls is seeking a full-time Bridge Construction Superintendent. You will oversee daily bridge construction operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time progress while coordinating with Project Managers.

This onsite leadership role requires 5+ years of technical experience, strong plans reading, OSHA practices, and effective team management. Travel across South Dakota may be required; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: technical education and/or 5+ years in civil construction.
• Ability to read plans/specs and follow OSHA safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily civil construction operations and ensure quality.
• Manage project budgets and cost tracking.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to schedule work and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor field productivity and maintain daily cost reports.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance on site.
