The Position

We are seeking a Carpenter responsible for assembling and removing forms used for forming concrete structures during bridge and dam construction. This includes forms for footings, abutments, walls, pier stems/columns, pier caps, bridge decking, and parapets. Additional duties may be assigned by the Foreman or management.

Location & Travel

Projects vary by location; reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites are required. The primary work areas are Southeast WI and Madison WI, but operations extend throughout Wisconsin.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
• Ability to tolerate variable weather and work in dusty environments
• Member of or willingness to join a Local Carpenters Union
• Experience in bridge construction or related construction preferred, especially bridge decking
