Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. is seeking Bridge Coatings Inspectors to work on various projects across Virginia, including Norfolk. Candidates with AMPP CIP 2 and other SSPC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold AMPP coatings inspector credentials (CIP 2) with at least 1 year on bridge coating projects.
• Preferred SSPC Bridge Coating Inspector (BCI) and SSPC C3 Supervisor certifications.
• Experience reviewing contractor submittals, procedures, and hazardous waste plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, accept, and/or reject work per specs or codes; monitor waste materials and traffic control.
• Prepare daily and weekly inspection reports on conditions, progress, weather, and acceptability of work.
• Travel to multiple job sites; some assignments may include night shifts.
