anna bé x a&bé is seeking a friendly, energetic stylist to help brides find their dream look in our Minneapolis store. You will connect with brides, manage fittings, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers hourly pay plus commission, weekend shifts, and opportunities to grow within a growing bridal brand that values creativity, teamwork, and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail environments.
• Ability to meet individual sales goals in a team setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist brides in discovering their wedding day style and say yes to the dress.
• Build relationships with brides through follow-up from first appointment to wedding day.
• Meet sales goals with a team selling mentality.
• Man the phones, email inbox, and social media inquiries to provide information.
• Receive shipments and ensure dresses are in tip-top condition.
• Style the store and contribute to social media content.
