Job summary

anna bé x a&bé bridal shop is seeking an energetic stylist to help brides discover their wedding day style and say yes to the dress. You will build relationships from the first appointment through the wedding day, while meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, weekend availability, and a passion for connecting with brides in a fun, inclusive environment. We offer a commission-based structure with hourly pay and great benefits.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with brides to help them discover their wedding day style and say yes to the dress.
• Build relationships with brides from first appointment to wedding day.
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to a team selling mentality.
• Man the phones, email inbox, and social media to provide information.
• Receive shipments and ensure dresses are in tip-top shape.
• Style the store and create content for social media.
• Follow up on orders and rush options for brides.
• Keep the store and office looking fresh.
