Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales with a track record of delivering an above-and-beyond customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with brides, designers, and team members.
• Weekend availability is required, with some locations needing Sunday as well.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with brides to help them discover their wedding day style.
• Build relationships with brides through follow up from first appointment to wedding day.
• Meet individual sales goals and foster a team selling mentality.
• Man the phones, email inbox, and Instagram DMs to provide information to brides.
