Job summary

anna bé x a&bé is seeking a passionate bridal stylist in Dallas, TX to connect with brides and craft unique shopping experiences. You will assist brides in discovering their wedding day style, manage fittings, and help them celebrate by saying yes to the dress.

Our stylists deliver exceptional service, meet sales goals, and collaborate with designers while upholding an inclusive culture. Weekend availability is required, with some locations offering Sunday shifts as well.

Qualifications

1) Prior experience in customer service or retail settings.
2) Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3) Ability to meet sales targets and work in a commission-based environment.
4) Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays (and Sundays at select locations).

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with brides to uncover wedding day style and help them say yes to the dress.
Build relationships with brides through appointments, follow-ups, and post-sale interactions.
Meet individual and team sales goals with a collaborative mindset.
Manage phones, emails, and social messages to provide timely information to brides.
Receive shipments and organize inventory to ensure dresses are in good condition.
Style the store and content for social media to showcase looks and trends.
Follow up on orders, alterations, and rush options for brides.
Keep the store and office organized and welcoming.
