Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced fashion environment. You will welcome clients, research gowns with iPad tools, and guide appointments and alterations to ensure a perfect fit.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience, are comfortable with computerized POS systems, and maintain a polished appearance while following store procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred; experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Use systems (Appointments/Customers/POS) and iPad tools to manage customer flow and deliver a 5-star experience.
• Build relationships, understand customer expectations, and identify the perfect gown within the first few fittings.
• Promote alterations services and schedule appointments with Alterations Specialists.
• Maintain store standards, process transactions accurately, and clock in/out as required.
