David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time associate to deliver 5‑star customer service in a fast-paced bridal retail setting. You will welcome customers, manage appointments and orders via POS/iPad tools, and collaborate with alterations to fit gowns.

The role emphasizes great communication, multitasking, and maintaining store standards for a flawless shopping experience. Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–2 years of retail experience; experience with computerized POS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred in apparel or service environment.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Manage customer flow and research orders using POS/iPad tools to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and coordinate with leadership as needed.
• Promote alterations services and partner with Alterations Specialists for fittings.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a polished shopping environment.
