Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Stylist to provide a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience. You will drive sales, manage appointments, and coordinate with Alterations to ensure perfect fits for brides. Strong communication and a passion for customer service are essential.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, researching options using iPad tools, presenting alterations, and maintaining store standards while achieving 5-Star service metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Experience with POS system preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver 5-star customer experience (Appointments/Customers/Point of sale system).
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and contribute to store 5-Star Customer Service; address concerns confidently.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles, favorites and preparing a fitting room.
• Promote alterations services and personalize gowns/dresses with Alterations Specialists.
