David’s Bridal is hiring for a part-time role focused on delivering a 5-star customer experience. You will welcome customers, manage appointments, and handle transactions using our POS system and iPad tools.

You will assist brides and customers in finding perfect gowns, preparing fitting rooms, and promoting alterations and personalization options in collaboration with alterations specialists. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel/service environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers over the phone and in person with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow and appointments using POS system and iPad tools.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and drive 5-star customer experience.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Promote alterations and personalization options in partnership with Alterations Specialists.
• Ensure accurate measurements are entered for orders.
