Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Stylist to provide a 5-Star customer service experience, assist clients with wedding gowns and accessories, and drive conversions. You will manage appointments, coordinate fittings, and partner with Alterations to ensure perfect dress selection while maintaining store presentation.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a passion for helping customers celebrate life moments in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and tailor styling through clear, friendly communication.
• Use the POS system to manage flow, process transactions, and schedule appointments.
• Aim for sales goals and promote alterations, accessories and services.
• Prepare for fittings by reviewing profiles and coordinating with clients.
• Maintain store presentation and assist team to deliver a premium shopping experience.
• Build relationships to understand customer needs and guide gown selection.
