Qualifications

• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone, adapting style to suit customers.
• Research and communicate information to customers using iPad POS tools to ensure a 5-Star customer experience.
• Maintain store standards and assist with alterations coordination to support bridal fittings.
• Schedule and prepare for customer appointments, manage profiles, and help set future sales appointments.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and guiding them toward the perfect gown across multiple fittings.
