Job summary

David's Bridal seeks a dedicated Stylist to create a positive, friendly, empathetic selling experience for every customer. You will deliver 5-Star service, help brides find their gown, and meet sales goals by applying our selling behaviors and product knowledge across the store.

In this role you will coordinate fittings with Alterations, book and follow up on appointments, maintain store presentation, and process transactions accurately using our POS system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm and provide 5-star service.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect gown and meet sales goals.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain store presentation.
• Promote alterations services and coordinate with Alterations Specialists.
• Schedule and follow up on fittings and appointments.
