Job summary

David’s Bridal in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a friendly Stylist to provide 5-Star customer service, guide brides through gown selection, and contribute to sales goals by following our selling behaviors. You will manage appointments, use POS and iPad tools, and coordinate alterations to ensure a memorable experience.

As a stylist, you’ll build relationships with customers, maintain store standards, and participate in achieving team goals in a fast-paced bridal environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred in apparel/service environment.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain 5-Star Customer Service to all customers.
• Assist customers in gown selection and alterations coordination.
• Manage customer flow using system tools (Appointments/POS/iPad) to deliver superior service.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
• Build relationships by asking questions and listening to understand needs.
