Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking a stylist to deliver a positive, friendly and professional shopping experience. You will help clients select gowns, assist with fittings, and drive sales while using iPad tools and a POS system to manage customers and appointments.

You will report to the Store Manager with support from the Sales Manager, and contribute to 5-Star customer service, loyalty programs, and bridal personalization options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience with a point-of-sale system is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-Star customer service and meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with dress selections and fittings.
• Manage customer flow using POS and iPad tools.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to build relationships.
• Maintain store presentation and promotional displays; escalate issues as needed.
