Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time sales associate to warmly welcome customers, assist with dress fittings, and manage appointments. You will use the POS system and iPad tools to guide customers through the shopping experience, aiming to achieve high conversion and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail experience helpful; experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a 5-star experience using the POS system.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and address concerns confidently.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and favorites and setting fitting room expectations.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to identify the best gown or dress.
