David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time customer-focused Sales Associate to welcome clients, manage appointments, and drive a five-star shopping experience in-store. You will use POS and iPad tools to research and communicate options, assist with fittings, and coordinate with alterations for a perfect dress.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, precise measurements, and adherence to dress code while promoting loyalty programs and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person and over the phone; communicate clearly and concisely.
• Use POS and iPad tools to manage customer flow and research information.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and drive 5-star customer experience.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and favorites; assist with fittings.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs and preferences.
• Assist with alterations coordination and promote related services.
