David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, assist with dress selections, manage appointments, and process transactions using the store’s POS system.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, upselling alterations and services, and maintaining pristine store standards. Prior retail experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience in apparel is preferred.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience using computerized POS systems and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store and over the phone with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow and appointments to deliver a 5-star experience using the POS system.
• Build relationships, understand needs, and upsell Alterations and services.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and preferences.
• Follow store standards and participate in promotions and changes.
