Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Experience with a computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person or over the phone and communicate clearly.
• Use store systems to manage flow and deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Build relationships, identify best-fit gowns, and book future appointments.
• Explain alterations and promote related services; support 80% conversion to alterations.
• Follow loss prevention policies and maintain store standards for a flawless shopping experience.
