David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time associate to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone. You will manage customer flow, utilize the POS system and iPad tools, and help bring clients to a perfect fitting experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing customer profiles, scheduling appointments, promoting alterations, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Prior retail experience and a friendly, team-oriented attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person.
• Manage customer flow to deliver 5-star experience using appointments, POS system, and iPad.
• Provide service to multiple customers and partner with leadership to address concerns.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and favorites.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and report issues promptly.
• Accurately clock in/out for scheduled shifts.
