David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Dream Maker to lead a high-performing team on the sales floor. You will model five-star customer service, coach staff, and manage schedules to sustain top guest experiences.

You’ll monitor payroll, assist in achieving monthly goals, and oversee inventory and operations such as repairs and layaway. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years retail management in apparel, and experience with a POS system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsabilités

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Oversee scheduling, shift assignments, and feedback to maintain five-star guest experience.
• Coach and train to enhance selling skills, behaviors, and processes.
• Monitor payroll to keep hours within budget and review timesheets.
• Drive store to achieve monthly income goals with foundational excellence and leadership.
• Manage inventory, special orders, layaway, repairs, and first quality standards.
